Returns Built Around What Each Carrier Accepts

Every carrier has its own rules for a return label: which address fields it needs, how many address lines it prints, how heavy a parcel can be, and where it delivers returns. Announcing a return is now a four-step flow: Details, Route, Addresses, Packages. Each step checks the carrier's rules as you fill it in, so a return is either correct before it is sent or WMS names the exact field to fix. The return record shows the carrier handling the return and flags a failed label immediately with the carrier's reason.

Changing a Position's Type From the PDA

A position can now be switched between single and multi product directly from the PDA. Until now this change was made in the back office; operators restocking or reorganizing can now switch a position's type on the spot.

WMS

Announcing a return replaces the single long form with four steps: Details, Route, Addresses, Packages. The reference and route are checked at each step instead of after you submit.
The address fields on a return now match what the chosen carrier accepts, including how many address lines it prints.
The return record now shows which carrier handles the return; when a label fails, WMS reports the carrier's reason and the exact field to fix.
Returns with a failed label now carry their own status, Label error, so you can filter the returns list to find them.
The Labels tab now separates current labels from previous attempts, so it is clear which labels are still valid after one is redone.
For carriers that always deliver returns to a set destination, such as Colis Privé's return service, WMS no longer asks for a destination address.
Phone numbers, package weight, and return references are now validated before the return is sent.
Customers can now announce, edit, and manage their return labels from their own portal.
Return screens now show a picture and details for each product in the search results, so you can confirm you picked the right one.
Editing a return's details or items after its label was created now regenerates the return form automatically, so the form always matches the return.
Added a daily login history for each user, shown as a graph, so admins can see when each user signs in.
When a user account is locked, admins now receive an email automatically instead of hearing about it from the user.
