Actions in the back office now take one click or a keyboard shortcut, orders shipped more than 30 days ago are locked against address and label changes, and the left menu keeps its section headings in view as you scroll.

One-Click Actions Across the Back Office

Buttons at the top of a page used to sit behind a "…" menu: reaching one took two clicks, or three when it was tucked inside a second menu. They now sit on the page itself, one click away, and where a menu contained only one entry, that entry has become the button. This covers the pages most people work in: products, sales orders, supplier orders, inventory, invoices, workstations and sites. Sales orders gain the most, since every action there used to take three clicks.

Running Actions From the Keyboard

You can now run a page's actions by name, without looking for the button. Press Ctrl+K to open the command palette, type a few letters of the action you want, and press Enter. The palette searches pages, sites and now the actions of the page you are on, and one character narrows that down: type > for actions and commands, / for pages, or @ for sites. Actions that delete or cancel something still ask you to confirm first.

Orders Shipped More Than 30 Days Ago Are Locked

An order that has been shipped or out for delivery for more than 30 days is now locked. Its addresses can no longer be edited and its transport labels can no longer be regenerated. The Regenerate transport labels action is hidden on these orders, and the address forms explain why the fields cannot be changed.

A menu with nothing left in it no longer opens, and an action that deletes or cancels something still shows in red and still asks you to confirm.
You can pin up to ten pages to the top of the command palette with Alt+P.
Each order can now send its notifications to its own URL, so one site can feed several different systems instead of sending everything to one place. Orders that do not set one are unaffected.
Orders shipped or out for delivery for more than 30 days are now locked against address edits and label regeneration. The lock also holds for anyone opening the action through a saved link rather than the buttons.
The left menu keeps the current section heading in view as you scroll, and a title too long for the column scrolls into view when you point at it or reach it with the keyboard. The full name is also available as a tooltip, and the column is wide enough for about four more characters per line.
Order lines now have a Country column with a multi-select filter, so you can narrow the list to selected countries.
