This release adds a way to announce and track returns from the back office, blocks marking a container out for delivery while it still holds cancelled orders, improves the picking rate card on Ongoing Series with opening-hours awareness and day-to-day comparison, adds support for the Bematech BR-520 barcode scanner on Workstation, and makes the connector service more reliable, with automatic nightly backups added for extra safety.
Compare Picking Rate Against Opening Hours and a Past Day
The picking rate card on Shipments > Picking > Ongoing Series now accounts for your site's opening hours. Previously, the Current Hour and Previous Hour figures counted closed time as slow picking time, so the hour right after closing could show up as a bad hour instead of a shut one; both now reflect only the time the site was actually open, and show a dash once the site is closed. You can also compare today against a reference day, shown as a percentage on every panel: Yesterday, last week, last month, last year, or any date you pick from the calendar. By default the card now opens collapsed to save space, and its layout adjusts to fit narrower screens. The card also links directly to its documentation page if you want more detail on how each figure is calculated.
Bematech BR-520 Barcode Scanner Support
Workstation now supports the Bematech BR-520 barcode scanner, alongside the existing Magellan and Zebra models. It costs less than those options, giving warehouses a cheaper hardware choice for the Workstation.
A More Reliable Connector, With Automatic Backups
The connector service is now more resilient, with better uptime and stronger security. It also takes automatic backups every night, so your data stays safe and easy to restore if you ever need it.
Announcing and Managing Returns from the Back Office
You can now announce and track a return entirely from the back office, whether you start fresh or directly from a shipped order with its details pre-filled. Each return gets its own record that follows it through the warehouse's return process, and you can still edit its details or delete it until the warehouse begins working on it. Generating the return label has also been redesigned, letting you have WMS create it or use your own.
Blocking "Mark as Out for Delivery" When Cancelled Orders Remain
A container that still holds cancelled orders can no longer be marked as out for delivery, whether from the back office or Superscan. A dialog lists the orders blocking the action, lets you remove them one by one, and you can retry once the list is clear.

- The picking rate card on Ongoing Series now accounts for your site's opening hours and lets you compare today against a past day. It also opens collapsed by default and adapts its layout to narrower screens.
- You can now announce and manage returns entirely from the back office, including generating or reprinting return labels.
- Sub-site selection no longer requires reopening the site modal.
- Parcel Sorting's Orders section can now be filtered by site code and shipped date and time.
- The Ctrl+K command palette now opens with up to 5 recently visited pages listed above the usual search results, with your current page shown dimmed so pressing Enter jumps straight back to it.
- Marking a container out for delivery is now blocked while it still holds cancelled orders, in both the back office and Superscan, with a dialog to clear the blocking orders before you retry.
- The Supplier Orders list can now be exported on a schedule, in addition to one-off exports.
Workstation
- Added support for the Bematech BR-520 barcode scanner as a lower-cost alternative to the existing Magellan and Zebra scanners.
Connector
- The connector service is now more resilient, with better availability and stronger security.
- Automatic backups now run every night to keep your data safe and easy to restore.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- The printer field in the series print window no longer comes preselected with no way to clear it.
- Fixed the navigation menu breaking on the series picking page and the printer page.
- A carrier account could keep outdated settings after a related change in Configuration; it now always matches the current ones.
- Adding a product to a multi position no longer hides its batch, DLUO, and quantity. They're shown again right after the product is added.
